Privacy policy

TutorHub treats children’s and family information as sensitive. We collect only what is needed to match tutors, manage requests and keep the service safe.

Public tutor pages show professional information: name, photo, subjects, class levels, teaching mode, service area and qualifications. They do not show private phone numbers, emails, home addresses or identity documents.

Parents’ contact details and children’s records are visible to the parent and to administrators. Assigned tutors see only what is required to teach. We do not sell personal data.

Accounts use secure authentication. You may ask us to update or delete information that is no longer needed for an active arrangement, subject to legal retention duties.
